  Dealing with weight is a very difficult thing here in America if we are not being followed by a personal weight trainer or someone that is highly motivated about staying in shape. Most people find it hard to discipline themselves long enough to stick with the plans they have to continue working towards their new year's resolution to lose weight. Personally I believe that it is hard to remain motivated about anything unless it is a life aspiration or a serious goal and not just something that we look forward to beginning for the new years. People must begin to understand that in order to achieve these goals they must be real with them selves and assure themselves that this is something that they really want to do. If you honestly believe that you are losing weight as a way to better your health, you are being real with yourself. But if losing weight is a short term goal that you would like to accomplish because you know that you have a nice little vacation planned to the beach and exposing your body
