Knowing what your body requires is the first step to maintaining good health. There are some of us who are very conscious of the right balance of diet, exercise, vitamins, minerals etc... The rest of us stretch our bodies until we can and once it is rattled and worn out then we scamper around to stitch ourselves up, back to our old hearty selves.
